My laptop has certain letters that are not typing correctly. It seems this is an easy fix...but how do I do it? Thank you in advance.

You may have set a keyboard for a different country. Most english countries use the qwerty layout and many european use azerty this can be determined by reading the first 6 letter from the top row of your keyboard.

To change you keyboary stile
Click start > control panel > reginal and languages options > Keyboard setting > change keyboard

Then ensure your preferd keyboard layout is selected as default and displayed at the top of the keyboard list by moving it up.

I agree to Admin. Or you can set it to standard one.
