If you do not want to see google ads on any webpage you can remove them by using your host file.

Steps:
1) Open My Computer from the start menu then navigate to the following location

C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

2) Open your hosts file and add the following line to the bottom of the file.

127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com

3) Close and save the file... Done
